Ingredients :
1 salmon fillet
4 tomatoes
1 yellow onion
2 cups rice
1 cup water
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
salt and pepper

Method :
1. slice the salmon into strips
2. Dice the tomatoes and onion
3. in a pot, saute the onion in olive oil for 2 minutes
4. add the rice and saute for 3 minutes
5. add the water and cook, stirring almost constantly for 12 minutes
6. in a pan, cook the salmon in vegetable oil for about 5 minutes on each side
7. Mix the rice, tomatoes, and butter in a bowl
8. Season in salt and pepper
9. Plate and serve for 4

tip : Try to use the pot and the pan together
