Ingredients :
  • 2 tsp green tea powder
  •  4 egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 473 ml half and half 
How to make :
Step 1 
  •  Put 4 egg yolks into bowl
  •  add 1/4 cup half and half, mix it
  •  Heat the mix in a pan with low temperature 
  •  in the other bowl, mix 1/2 cup sugar, 2 tsp greentea powder, then add into the bowl, stirring constantly
  • when the mixture is thickened remove from the pan from the heat
  • Add the mixture into the rest of the half and half 
  • Pour the mixture in a container, closed tightly leave 3 hours in freezer
  • after 3 hours, stirring the mixture then freeze again 
  • stirring the ice cream a few times and freeze until it done
