Ingredients :
- 2 tsp green tea powder
- 4 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 473 ml half and half
How to make :
Step 1
- Put 4 egg yolks into bowl
- add 1/4 cup half and half, mix it
- Heat the mix in a pan with low temperature
- in the other bowl, mix 1/2 cup sugar, 2 tsp greentea powder, then add into the bowl, stirring constantly
- when the mixture is thickened remove from the pan from the heat
- Add the mixture into the rest of the half and half
- Pour the mixture in a container, closed tightly leave 3 hours in freezer
- after 3 hours, stirring the mixture then freeze again
- stirring the ice cream a few times and freeze until it done
