Ingredients :
  • 6 eggs white, room temperature
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 tblsp cornflour
  • 1 tblsp vinegar
 How to Make :
  • Beat the eggs white until glossy (1/2 min)
  • Add the sugar slowly while beating the eggs white, the mix become very thic
  • step by step add the sugar into mixture, keep on mixing
  • sifting the cornflour and vanilla sugar into mixture then add vinegar
  • slowly mix together, beat and keep beat
  • Testing the mix by turning the bowl down, if it doesn't fall out of the bowl, it's ready
  • Preheat oven to 140 degree C
  • Empty the bowl in one lump onto the baking paper
  • Bake 10 min on 140 deg.C, then 100 deg.C bake for 2 hours (keep oven door closed)
  • Turn off oven and leave door closed until cold 
  • Covering completely with whipped cream,fresh kiwi fruit, strawberry, as you wish
