Ingredients :
- 6 eggs white, room temperature
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 tblsp cornflour
- 1 tblsp vinegar
- Beat the eggs white until glossy (1/2 min)
- Add the sugar slowly while beating the eggs white, the mix become very thic
- step by step add the sugar into mixture, keep on mixing
- sifting the cornflour and vanilla sugar into mixture then add vinegar
- slowly mix together, beat and keep beat
- Testing the mix by turning the bowl down, if it doesn't fall out of the bowl, it's ready
- Preheat oven to 140 degree C
- Empty the bowl in one lump onto the baking paper
- Bake 10 min on 140 deg.C, then 100 deg.C bake for 2 hours (keep oven door closed)
- Turn off oven and leave door closed until cold
- Covering completely with whipped cream,fresh kiwi fruit, strawberry, as you wish
