Sekoteng Ginger

When the weather is cold, what are you looking for? blanket? jacket? hot chocolate? hot milk? coffee? whiskey? yup something warm..It's boring, try this!! Drink from ginger with various stuffing, suitable for cold weather, because it warm the body and of course more healthy.

What you need :
  • 300 ml water 
  • 200 grams granulated sugar 
  • 50 grams of ginger, thinly sliced
  • 5 pieces pandan leaves

  • 3 grains of fennel 

  • 3 cm cinnamon

  • 2 pieces of bread, remove the crust, cut into pieces 
    • 50 grams of boiled green beans  
    • 50 grams of roasted peanut 

        • gelatin, cut into small
          • sweetened condensed milk

                How to make?? sooo simple..very very easy.  All you do is boil water with ginger, sugar, pandan leaves, fennel, and cinnamon to boil. Then remove and strain.
                Put the remains into a bowl or glass and pour the boiled water into it. Add sweetened condensed milk as you like.
                Voalaaaa..enjoy the drink =)
